Saarbrücken's Legal Internet Project (JIPS) is an information portal for specific areas of law, created and maintained by students. During the weekly editorial meetings, we jointly decide on the most important access points for national and international legal information. Our focus is on Data Protection Law, the rights of the Individual, Copyright Law as well as current developments in the law. We look at not only information from the Saarland but also information which is of European importance and, in doing so; make the law more accessible to the general public.

Under the heading Weekly News Bulletin you will find a summary of all the previous week’s important and useful developments from the field of IT-Law. With our Link of the Month, we feature one website from the IT-Law branch which we think is particularly good. Current news from the Saarland is the local section of the Internet Project and is where IT-related news articles from the Saarland are published.

You can find the Legal Internet Project's website here.
