Matthias Grabmair will visit the Institute of Legal Informatics on Monday, 11th June. The highlight of his visit are his lecture on "Search, Read, Argue and Predict: An Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Law" and a personal report from "a German law student to American IT researcher – career path between Law and IT".
Matthias Grabmair is a researcher at the Carnegie Mellon University, School of Computer Science und Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. He will be visiting the Saarland University's Institute of Legal Informatics as part of his academic exchange.
He will first lecture on Artificial Intelligence in English: The title of his lecture was “Search, Read, Argue and Predict: An Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Law.”
