The Annual Conference "Liquid Legal" dealing with topics relating to the future work of the legal profession took place in Frankfurt on Monday 6th November.  Prof. Dr. Georg Borges presented on the subject of "The future of the training of lawyers".

In relation to the lawyers' current concerns regarding the loss of their jobs due to Legal Tech. Prof. Borges supported the thesis that lawyers have no reason to fear technical support but should instead consciously implement it. "We will need technology to overcome the legal challenges posed by a digital society", he said with a view to the number or graduates and the complexity of the legal challenges faced.
